I think that the best way is open the file in a text editor, like kate or
emacs, and delete parts of the document to know what part is the responsibile
of the segmentation fault.
I have tried to remove the end of the document. I deleted the part
between "Faire attention et perfectionner" and "</body>" and my version of
TeXmacs could open it. I had a problem with the international characters but
I don't think that it's relevant in this case. So, your problem is in that
area. With a little work you could find the guilty part.
