It's easy. Use Insert -> Link -> Label to create a label. Keep in mind that
it
shouldn't have blank spaces. Use Insert -> Link -> Reference to create the
reference.
To remember the labels created is useful to use Document -> View ->
Informative flags -> Detailed.
