Hi, Im a new WinTeXmacs user and would appreciated a 
little help with the following:

Whenever Im loading a .tm document get the message that no tex
installation can be found, even though basic MiKTeX is installed. Here
are some of the environmental variables:

GUILE_LOAD_PATH    e:\tex\wintexmacs\texmacs\progs
TEXMACS_PATH       e:\tex\wintexmacs\texmacs

PATH               f:\MiKTeX\miktex\bin;e:\tex\WinTeXmacs\TeXmacs\bin
TEX_TFM_PATH       f:\MiKTeX\fonts\tfm

In the file: f:\MiKTeX\fontconfig\config\fonts.conf.in there are two
placeholder expressions:

@MIKTEX_CONFIG@
@MIKTEX_DATA@

This appears to be atemplate that is filled in the file: h:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\MiKTeX\2.6\fontconfig\config\fonts.conf 
The placeholders have been changed by the system as follows (I have
changed all slashes to back ones):

<include>H:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\MiKTeX\2.6\fontconfig\config\localfonts.conf</include>

<cachedir>H:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\MiKTeX\2.6\fontconfig\cache</cachedir>

There is also another document I edited:

h:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\MiKTeX\2.6\fontconfig\config\localfonts.conf

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<fontconfig>
<dir>H:\WINDOWS\Fonts</dir>
<dir>F:\MiKTeX\fonts\type1</dir>
<dir>F:\MiKTeX\fonts\tfm</dir>
</fontconfig>

After all that ... what do I need to modify to make TeXmacs find
MiKTeX, assuming there is no problem with the software itself?
