Much appreciate for taking time answering my request.  Please see the attached pdf file generated by TeXmacs for an example. 

For some reason, I have to go through the page to post.

Hi Puck, sorry but what configuring would you like to do with the output
of maxima in texmacs? I do not understand what you mean by a "subscript
_expression_ for Maxima session".
