Please refer to the file english-italian.scm in the distribution;
it contains all italian translations. Any patches to this file are welcome.
Other thing, you may use the environments "render-theorem", "render-remark",
etc.
for theorems with a customized name. There are also commands "new-theorem",
"new-remark", etc. which you might want to use in the preamble.
