I am writing my MA Thesis in TeXmacs and constantly facing the same problem.

My refencence, done with tags label&reference, occasionly turn into question 
marks (?). When I click on them the turn back into normal references. But 
because I have so long text, It is too time consuming to go the the whole 
text to find this question marks, that appear constantly and they can't be 
found through CTRL+S.

Is there a reliable way to update all references automatically?
