Ok, I got it now, I had to add also the debian unstable repositories:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian experimental main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian experimental main contrib non-free

now I have it:

andrea@sita:~$ dpkg -l texmacs texmacs-common

however it crashes badly:

andrea@sita:~$ texmacs --verbose

What can be done?
