2. Unzip the file in the directory C:\CygTeXmacs (or any other
directory without whitespace characters).
3. Launch TeXmacs by clicking on C:\CygTeXmacs\starttexmacs.bat.
but: when i click as step 3 says, nothing happens, a fantom black windows appears a while, without saying longer enough to have time to read what is written in it.
have i done anything wrong ?
to start Cygwin first. Then, a better way to start
TeXmacs is just to type "texmacs [Enter]" in an xterm.
