Dear Andrey,
Sure, I think that the author already wrote to me some time ago.
Anyway, since TeXmacs is now developed using SVN, it is simplest
for plug-in developers to get an account on Savannah and to notify me.
As long as the plug-ins don't do anything non-trivial when booting,
plug-ins can be modified at will.
