You will have to change the render-bibliography macro in section-base.ts and
remove the font-size := 0.84 statement, which is responsable for the smaller 
font.

Of course, you can also manually change the font-size for the very last 
version of
your work, when you are done. I sometimes fix the line-breaking in 
bibliographies
in that way before submitting a final version.
