Hello

It seems that you are experiencing the very same problem I get here. I was about to write an e-mail about it. This happens in a variety of classes (e.g., article and amsart). For instance, if I have one theorem and one example after it, then the example is numbered with 2 instead of 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good day partners:

Resulta que estoy escribiendo unos apuntes pero tengo axiomas y teoremas y los numera de igual forma,
lo que deseo es algo como:
I'm writing a notes but in the axioms and theorems numeration it appear continued, I would like thing like:

Axioma 1.
Axioma 2.
Teorema 1.
Teorema 2.
Ejemplo 1.
Axioma 3.
Ejemplo 2.
Ejemplo 3.
Ejemplo 4.
Teorema 3.

Ya probé con el paquete number-europe y me corrige la numeración de los ejemplos pero no de los
axiomas y los teoremas.
I'm tried with number-europe package but this corrected the examples numerations but not in the
axioms and theorems numeration .

Agradezco su ayuda.
