I had previously asked about repeating headers of environments that are split over a page boundary.

I have a solution that can repeat a header (after a fashion) supporting a split over two pages - or rather it repeats the header on the list page of the environment.

The technique is for the environment to insert a obscurely named label at the start and another at the end.
At end end it takes page number of each label.

if the page numbers are not the same, then we know the environment ended on a different page to which it started on - in which case it uses set-this-page-header to make the page header match the environment heading. Thus the last page will have the heading at the top of the page just before the rest of the environment.

I take the page of a label with this macro from Joris: <assign|pagerefpage|<macro|x|<get-binding|<arg|x>|1>>>
