Thank you for the hint on the file extension.
It works, but the workflow could be simplified IMHO. Currently, in
order to see the rendered citation I have to follow these steps:
in child (c1.tm)> Add a new citation with <cite|key1|key2>.
in child (c1.tm)> Save
in master (master.tp)> Update inclusions
Would it be possible/desirable that any save on a child triggers an
update of the master? Or did I miss something...
