Hello.

I have downloaded and installed version 1.0.7.14. The problem still exists.

In Windows it looks like TexMacs does not work with, for example Right alt+a. Polish fonts are not written at all.

I have created document in Linux (as you suggest), send it through e-mail, opened in Windows - characters are dislayed properly (screendump in file LinMadeSendWinOpen.png).

I have established a session with Linux (X over ssh), run texmacs (hm, remotely - left windows in file LinVsWin). Simultaneously I have ran Texmacs in Windows (screendump LinVsWin - attached).
In Linux remote session I can use my national characters. Copy& Paste between windows also works (see screendump LinVsWin).

In Windows it looks that application does not respond for Alt+key combination at all - nothing is written (see window on the right in attached file LinVsWin.png)

If i can help with more tests/information please let me know.

Regards

Magdalena

Please try with the latest version; since we have been correcting quite
a lot of bugs, this might solve your problem.

I tried to change encoding: ISO-8859-2, CP-1250 and UTF-8 - but
without success.
Polish fonts are displayed correctly in menu (interface), but in
document - they does not appear.

Do you mean that you don't manage to type Polish characters on your keyboard,
or that the fonts do not display as they should? In other words, if you take
a Polish document written with the Linux version, does it show up right
under Windows?

yes, I have Polish-programmers keyboard layout - both in Linux and
in Windows 7 Pro.

Thanks for the info, --Joris
