mailing-list for TeXmacs Users

to install Texmacs plug-in  i used the software package and method
from the following link:

http://www.sagemath.org:9001/TeXmacs

but in the texmacs editor i am still unable to start SAGE
session.there is no option for SAGE in the Insert -> Session.

please help to solve this.
