You have to define a sectionnal macro, using
<new-section|subsubsubsection>
Next, you have to define it render style. See

Typically, you have to define the rendering of the title (assign
subsubsubsection-title) and the way of numbering (assign
display-subsubsubsection). You may have also the define
subsubsubsection-clean.
