Hi,

I find that TM always close the newest window instead of the one you click.

My env:

OS: OS X 10.8.4
TM: 1.0.7.19


For example, when you use "open xxx.tm" command to open a TM doc, there 
will be another window titled "No Name". Then you click the red cross 
icon to close it. It turns out your "xxx.tm" windows is closed. Click it 
once more, the "No Name" is closed. You can also try to "open xxx.tm", 
"open yyy.tm", sequentially. Click close for "xxx.tm" and you will find 
that "yyy.tm" is closed. This can repeated constantly on my side.

Does anyone have idea of the problem?
