It seems that the problem come from texmacs-maxima.lisp, line 25:

(defconstant texport *standard-output*)

Changing "defconstant" to "setq" worked for me. By the way, I am not a
common-lisp gutu and I don't know what should be done to properly fix
the problem.

Are you able to temporarily change the file texmacs-maxima.lisp?
