Dear TeXmacs newcomer, if your beamer slides are cropped when exported to pdf, export by ps2pdf (or turn off native exporting). 

May I add that the "ps2pdf" solution is far from perfect. Indeed, in the process "Export to ps" + "ps2pdf" I have worse font compared to a direct export in pdf (see documents attached).
So we could really use a fix.
