in a 2 columns document texmacs trys to uniformize the text between the 2 
columns while typing
in other terms if i have ust typerd 2 lines texmacs put the first line on the 
left column and the second on the right column
would it be possible for the user to choose an other way of doing, where 
texmacs would let the user write on the left column, and only when the bottom 
of this column is reached then the following lines go to column 2 ?
