I recently upgraded to 1.99.1. When I click the page number on 
automatically generated table of content, it either has no effect, or 
simply crashes..

It constantly crashes on my big working-in-progress documents. I tried 
but fail to construct a minium crashing case. When I click TOC in the 
attached example, it just has no effect (not going to the destination 
page).

Does anyone have idea of the problem? Or what can I do to help further 
locate the problem?
