Hi,

 AFAIK it's not possible to have a page break at a table. I was going to suggest using ornaments but then I saw that they don't support setting just one border (though this would be quite easy to implement). Also, I just checked and they don't do pagebreaks either :(

  So I can't really think of a solution other than creating the tables yourself each time you want this line. This sucks, yes...

PS: don't you need to set the width of the table to exact in order to have proper line breaking?
