[TeXmacs] <emdash> and \V

Just for feedback,

the recent change from <emdash> to \V is a right pain for me, when I
make make or merge tiny edits in a revision control system.

It's not just a matter of conversion of <emdash> to \V but it also
affects line breaking of the whole saved file, causing a hundred times
as many changes in the .tm file as were actually made as edits.

Please don't be doing things like this.

It's doubly hard when my reviewers aren't sold on the idea of TeXmacs
in the first place.
