Hi

i have been checking your document . Bravo¡¡¡ it is really helpuful.

I have been reviewing the characters in the doc and detected that the
characters in table 46 are not operative although they are pribnted in black.
Some of them are included also in tables 44 and 45 and they work , but the new
ones that emerge at table 46 do not.

This makes me think that :

a) windows installation is not completed ( i work in windows , snifff...)
b) there is some installation or activation process i missed
c) there is some package i have to install in miktext or in texmacs
