Yes definitely. We only build 32-bit versions, but these run fine on win7
64. The correct qt4 dlls are in the build environment and should get copied
alongside texmacs.exe when you "make WINDOWS_BUNDLE". Normally texmacs.exe
finds its dlls right there without doing anything special.
