Try:
Format -> Page -> Change the content of the "This page header" field

Try:
Document -> Page -> Headers tab

The "Format" menu configures single pages or paragraphs,
the "Document" menu configures settings for the whole document.

Also configurable via:
Document -> Page -> Headers tab
