I had the same problem a while ago, but just with remote files, starting with "http://". It was solved by installing wget.

<hlink|dsqdq|dsqdsq>, if i click on it from texmacs, how to parameter TeXmacs so that the link be opened in my browser ? currently when i click on it it says "the file could not be loaded" as if TeXmacs interpreted the hlink as a file to be loaded

in the pdf file generated from TeXmacs, the hlink works well, but i work more often on the texmacs document than the pdf
