If you search the documentation for "page number", the first hit will answer
your question.

On the first page of your document, you may use <assign|page-nr|2> and if it
does not work as expected, you may then use as suggested in the documentation
<assign|page-the-page|<macro|<plus|<value|page-nr>|1>>>. You may enter these
tags using the "hybrid commands" feature (see documentation)
