   After configure I have to modify ./TeXmacs/src/src/makefile in the
following variables:

  CXXFLAGS = $(CXXWARNING) $(CXXTEMPLATE) $(CXXOPTIMIZE) $(CXXDEBUG) 
$(CXXPROFILE)   -fno-rtti -fPIC
  CPPFLAGS =  -include config.h  -DQT_NO_DEBUG -DQT_WIDGETS_LIB -DQT_GUI_LIB 
-DQT_CORE_LIB -I. -I/usr/lib64/qt5/mkspecs/linux-g++ 
-I/usr/include/qt5/QtPrintSupport -D_REENTRANT -DQTTEXMACS
  LIBS = -lz -lpng -lQt5Widgets -lQt5Gui -lQt5Core -lQt5PrintSupport -lGL 
-lpthread -lfreetype -lguile -lgmp -lcrypt -lm -lltdl

   I use gcc (Gentoo 7.3.0-r3 p1.4) 7.3.0.
