Having entered the character sequence you gave in TeXmacs (on Linux), if I
copy (Ctrl-C) it and paste (Ctrl-V) it into this reply, I get this:
大家认为的技术有哪些?
So, AFAICT it is working as expected on Linux. I'd be surprised if it were an
issue with MacOS.
What do you mean by "copying or converting"? How do you copy, or how do you
convert (and to which format)?
PS: It is only if I "copy to TeXmacs" that I do get TeXmacs' internal
representation of unicode characters:
\<#5927\>\<#5BB6\>\<#8BA4\>\<#4E3A\>\<#7684\>\<#6280\>\<#672F\>\<#6709\>
\<#54EA\>\<#4E9B\>\<#FF1F\>
That representation is meant to be only for internal use of TeXmacs, and there
is no way the user can change it. You can also see this representation if you
open a .tm file in a text editor (but you are not supposed to edit a .tm file
with another program, it could break it).
