Currently, the Sage plugin only support macOS and Linux.

I have looked into the Sage on windows but have not figured out how to invoke the command `sage`.

Our sage plugin depends on the `sage` command to start. But I don't know to invoke it on Windows.

Sorry if some of the issues have already been discussed, if this is tehcase
just let me know.

I have sage 8.7 installed on windows.
I have declared the path to sage as

"C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\SageMath 8.7\runtime\bin, i also tried ommiting
last levels....

but sage is not available in my list of plugins

any guess what may be wrong?
