texmacs-users - footnote in texmacs 1.99.11 on Windows 10

Dear all,

Has anyone encounter the following problem for texmacs 1.99.11 on Windows 10?

Whenever I type "\footnote" and hit enter, texmacs crashes. It works normally when I choose "insert->note->footnote" from the menu.

Is there any fix for this?
