Hi,

having paused for some time I wanted to use texmacs again, but I have a
serious problem: keyboard shortcuts are not working, what makes the
program essentially unusable for me.

Examples are Alt-arrows (left, right, up, down) in tables which should
create new cells, but don't do anything in my case. Similarly ^W should
cut, Meta-W should copy, and ^Y should paste, again those keys don't do
anything. To say the truth, I didn't find *any* keyboard shortcut
working ...

I tried various look and feels, but this didn't help anything.

I use texmacs 1.99.11-bionic with, well, ubuntu bionic.

Any suggestions?
