On Cygwin "distribution" we provide all the
3 versions in parallel to support the various program needs

 $ cygcheck -cd |grep guile
guile                                   2.2.6-1
guile1.8                                1.8.8-3
guile2.0                                2.0.14-3
libguile1.8-devel                       1.8.8-3
libguile17                              1.8.8-3
libguile2.0-devel                       2.0.14-3
libguile2.0_22                          2.0.14-3
libguile2.2-devel                       2.2.6-1
libguile2.2_1                           2.2.6-1

libguile17 is needed for lilypond and TeXmacs
most of the others have at least moved to 2.0
but very few are on 2.2
