I have reported the bug.
I think we should add a menu entry on the context menu just like exiting the presentation mode.
Ctrl+Right-Click is too tricky.

The 'View' menu remains accessible by clicking on the right mouse button.
If your mouse has a single button, then this can often be emulating
by holding the Control button which clicking on the mouse button.
