Dear all,

It seems to me that there are several conflicts for the LaTeX export. I 
don't know how to treat them properly:

1. Seemingly there is a conflict due to \theorembodyfont. My temporary 
solution is to delete \usepackage{theorem} and move those \newtheorem 
containing \theorembodyfont{\rmfamily} under \theoremstyle{definition}.

2. There seems a conflict between makeidx package and amsart.

When we find the appropriate solution, seemingly it is better to 
integrate into TeXmacs to reduce LaTeX compilation errors.
