Hi,
I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, but when you insert a matrix, it is considered as a table, so you can create a separation using a table border.
When you have created the matrix of the correct size (with twice as many columns than lines, if I got it well), you have to select the vertical column of cells where you want your separation to be :
And then just click on the "border options" button next to the "cell" one in the top bar of Texmacs. Here, you can add a vertical border like this :
And you should have pretty clean separator between your two matrix.
