Dear Vincent,
indeed I see there are problems in the HTML export of that file. If you want
to be on the safe side you can set the preference that mathematics is
exported in HTML as images. That settle the problem.

That file poses problems also when you try to use MathJax to export to HTML.

Improving the HTML converter is needed.

ps: please file a bug in savannah so that we keep track of the problem
