Now I see how to do that.
Insert -> Fold -> Executable ->
Choose the one we want (for example, XYpic).
For multi-lines, Shift+Return does the work.

I wonder whether it is possible to hide the commands (instead of the results) of sessions? This is used, for example, when I use XY-pic session: I only want the result picture in the exported PDF say, but the code is somehow invisibly embedded in the tm file.
