I've added an overview of TeXmacs (some kind of executive summary) here:

This is meant to showcase in few minutes a whole spectrum of topics involved 
in TeXmacs. Essentially is a reformatted version of a talk I gave some time 
ago.

I plan to slowly maybe add some more explanations around the various 
examples/figures.
