Hello,
In TeXmacs, the backspace key may or may not change the document. In some
contexts, it just moves the cursor.
For example, consider the following where the backspace key acts
(surprisingly) like cursor left.
• a
• b
• c
• d
Try positioning the cursor just after the focus box for everything. At that
point, pressing the backspace key repeatedly would do the same thing as
pressing the cursor left key repeatedly.
Since this can be confusing, why not use a pink cursor if the last action was
a cursor movement and a red cursor if the last action changed the document?
