Ah, thanks, I had not paid attention to that.  

I had already tried essentially the same solution myself, but I missed some of the tweaks suggested by Joris.

Have you made any progress in automating a solution?

Yes, two (or more) aligned tables is what is needed here.  I can't figure out how to do it with the current facilities of TeXmacs, but it is a very desirable capability.  

Maybe Joris has some ideas?

(By the way, I don't know about "enumerate-continued", is it currently supported?)
