Dear Richard,

Sorry, I am on holidays this week. The vertical spacing
is controlled by the 'par-sep' and 'par-par-sep' style variables.
In your style file, we added style variables 'code-par-sep' and
'code-par-par-sep' for the values that are appropriate for your code.
