how is it possible to assign a personal shortcut (in my-init-texmacs) to any U+... Character ?

what would be exactly the code to type there ?

if you’re working on a mac with MacOs interface, the shortcut would be Control-q and then #2681 or such then Enter.

I believe the question was previously asked by a certain Vincent about the venus sign ;-).

Those characters are Unicode U+2680 until U+2685: ⚀ ⚁ ⚂ ⚃ ⚄ ⚅

You can enter them in TeXmacs by typing Meta+Q (or the equivalent for your system), then #2680, followed by Enter. Or you can just copy-paste them in.
