I added a new branch and implemented most functionalities using wolframscript. Now it works on Windows and macOS out of the box, for both Mathematica and WolframEngine, and requiring no compilation stuffs.

Hi there,

I write a new Mathematica plugin for texmacs https://github.com/hammerfunctor/tm-mathematica with some new features. Give it a shot :)

PS: On Linux it works out of box. On macOS it may need a little hacking. On windows I don??t know how to make it work.
