I do not know if I would be able to help, but you might try first the so-called bisection method to find the part of the file that stops the include from working.

That is, you remove the second half of the file. If you can include, it is the second half that does not work, and you can search inside that by putting it back and cutting off the last 1/4 of the file instead (apply the bisection to the second half). If you cannot include, the first part of the file contains the part which you are looking for, so now you try the first quarter (i.e. apply the bisection to the first half).

In this way you would be able to find out the words or other document part that make include fail.
