I talked with "Académie de Grenoble" this morning. It turns out that
this case was just a mistake, probably due to a confusion between
"TeXmacs" (ranked at T) and "GNU TeXmacs" (ranked at G).

TeXmacs does belong to the list of authorized software for national
exams in France for students with disabilities.
