Hi,

I have just compiled and installed TeXmacs 1.0.6.12 on my Windows XP system under cygwin. It runs great except that when editing a document, I cannot get an active floating menu by right clicking my mouse: It does show the menu when I right click, but I cannot go further from the fist level menu. For example, after I see "File", I click on it, but it does not lead me to further menus under "File".
