i am trying to install professor

for this, i first, following the steps, download giac

but i only saw giac/xcas, that means the calculator and its interface together

so i am next to installing gias/xcas, thought it seems that i only need giac

i jut wanted to know it that might create any perturbations

maybe i did not see a "only giac" installator ?

or maybe it does not care, wether and install xcas or not ?
