hi i follow the former message

when the last or first item of a selection is a math objet (resp a block) then the appearing menu is the math menu (resp the block menu). If i take a larger selection, englobing the math/block object left and right so that the first and last item of the selction be words, then the normal menu appears ?

why this way of working ? To change the color, the "embed" of any other text formatting it is not very comfortable, one must always be careful that the first/last item of selection be a word.
